IN ITALY, SINCE 1949 ....

LAMFI Equipment is a family firm based in Prato (Italy), an industrial area only 20 km away from Florence (Tuscany), in a new facility acquired in 2007.

The company’s expertise dates back to 1949 when the company was founded; LA.M.FI. (The Mechanics of Florence) initially operated in the metal working and packaging fields.

At the end of 1970’s, LAMFI Equipment split in two branches: one specializing in bottle and container filling equipment and the other in embossing and assembling equipment for caps and closures.

Over the years LAMFI Equipment continued to grow not only consolidating its position but also becoming more and more specialized in equipment for assembling closures and containers, becoming in 1999 what we are today: LAMFI Equipment.
