General features

This machine was purposely designed to close flip top closure such as Heinz and Edible Oil with a hammer stroke system.
The peculiarity of this machine is that the leackage test can be implemented in the system.
The machine is equipped with PLC system and an AC Converter (Inverter) that makes the machine adapt its speed automatically with the caps feeder’s production. The “Human/Machine Interface” is a “touch screen” through which all functions and parameters can be displayed accessed and modified.
